Workshop cancellation policy:

Cancellations of the workshop registration must be made in writing.

• Cancellations received more than 30 days before the start of the workshop, get the workshop registration fee fully refunded.
• Cancellations between 15 and 30 days before the start of the workshop, get the workshop registration fee refunded for 50%.
• Cancellations received less than 15 days before the start of the workshop will not be refunded.

Please note that replacement by a colleague is allowed at any time and is free of charge.
